As the Church continues the Synodal journey begun by Pope Francis in 2021, we are invited to walk together in communion, participation, and mission. The 2024 Final Document calls us to ongoing renewal through spiritual conversion and deeper participation in the life of the Church.
During this Lenten season, we reflect on Christ’s suffering present today in the poor, the excluded, and the vulnerable — recognizing them as central to the Church’s mission.
The Synod Stations of the Cross, created by Fr. Donald Chambers, General Secretary of the Antilles Episcopal Conference, remind us that Jesus’ journey to Calvary is also the Church’s journey. As we contemplate His suffering, we are called to repentance, conversion, and renewed commitment.
We warmly encourage dioceses, parishes, communities, and families across the region to pray and reflect with these Stations during Lent — allowing them to deepen faith, foster listening, and inspire missionary action.
Through prayer and repentance, may we embrace true synodal conversion, renewing our hearts, relationships, and pastoral life as the People of God walk together, guided by the Holy Spirit.
